FOR YOUR FAVORITE PEOPLE

Remember the day.
Make time for the person.

The nicest part of a birthday isn’t the notification. It’s the call, the card, the little thing that says you thought of them. Give yourself time to make it happen.

A PLAN THAT FITS YOUR DAY

01

Give yourself a head start

Set a planning reminder before the birthday, especially if you want to post a card or arrange a surprise.

02

Make it personal

Keep a small note about a gift idea or a favorite place. A reminder can hold more than a date.

03

Leave room for the day itself

Add a separate reminder to call on the birthday. Planning ahead and showing up are different tasks.

ONE POSSIBLE RHYTHM

A little nudge.
Then a little follow-up.

This is an example, not a fixed rule. Choose the channels and delays that make sense for this reminder.

You decide when it’s acknowledged.

  1. 01

    Email

    A week ahead

Pick a gift or make a plan.

  2. 02

    WhatsApp

    Five days ahead

Check the little details while there is time.

  3. 03

    SMS

    Three days ahead

A last planning nudge before the celebration.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

A few useful
things to know.

Can I save it once and repeat it yearly?

Yes. Select Every year. When you acknowledge the reminder, its date moves to the next year.

Can I set a gift reminder and a birthday call?

Create two reminders: one for planning ahead and one for the day itself. Each can have its own schedule.

What happens to February 29 reminders?

The local recurrence logic uses February 28 in non-leap years and returns to February 29 in a leap year.
