This notice describes how Emende handles data when you use emende.com and your reminder workspace.

Saved on your device

Reminder titles, notes, dates, repeat settings, and escalation steps are stored in your browser’s local storage. Manual reminder editing stays on your device. When you submit an assistant request, its text, timezone, conversation history, and selected reminder details (including any recipient and message drafts) pass through the Emende Cloudflare Worker to Anthropic. The application does not log or store this content on the server. Anthropic processes requests under the account’s API terms and data settings. Assistant conversation history stays in page memory until you reset it or reload. Drafting does not send content to a messaging provider. In a signed-in workspace, records are kept separately for each Clerk user on the same browser. The demo uses its own local records. Saved reminders belong to the browser where you created them, and local storage is not encrypted by Emende.

Account access with Clerk

Clerk provides sign-in, sign-up, session verification, and account management. When you use those features, Clerk processes your account information, sign-in activity, and the information needed to operate its security controls. Emende verifies your session on the server. Reminder text is not sent to Clerk. You can manage your account through the profile controls.

Website requests

Your browser requests the website’s files from Cloudflare, which processes network information such as your IP address to serve those requests. Emende does not include advertising trackers. Authentication pages load Clerk and its security services. Fonts are served with the website.

Your choices

You can delete reminders individually in the workspace. Clearing this site’s browser storage removes all saved reminders. A calendar export creates a file on your device; importing or sharing that file puts it under the recipient service’s policies.
